Primary care and acute care physicians treat a wide variety of conditions including respiratory infections, high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol issues, asthma, allergies, skin conditions, and more. We also provide preventive care, annual physicals, and vaccinations.
What should I bring to my first primary care appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of any current medications and dosages, your medical history including past surgeries and conditions, and any recent lab results or specialist reports. If you’re a new patient, arriving 15 minutes early to complete paperwork is recommended.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Both options are available. Same-day appointments are recommended to minimize your wait time, but we welcome walk-ins and strive to accommodate urgent cases as quickly as possible during our clinic hours.
How is same-day care different from going to the ER?
Same-day care at All Care Medical is ideal for non-life-threatening conditions and is significantly faster and more cost-effective than an emergency room visit. For true emergencies like chest pain, stroke symptoms, or difficulty breathing, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER immediately.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major private insurance plans including BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Self-pay patients are also welcome. Contact our office to confirm your specific plan is accepted.
Can I get prescriptions at a same-day visit?
Yes. If clinically appropriate, our physicians can prescribe medications during your same-day visit. Prescriptions can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
